Dr Aslam at LINIA, Harley Street, London. DEBS1234 on the BEA indicated he did the surgery for her 1000cc implants (she says her experience was 100% positive).

Basically a one-stop shop which sells medical tourism vacations to Thailand. Check out the Testimonials, if you're looking for a few warm fuzzies. Convenient if you live in Australia or New Zealand, but they certainly seem to cater to Americans/Canadians as well.
Bumrungrad International - Another world leader in medical tourism. Check out the surgeons' credentials; at least a couple of them have been board certified in the USA.
