Dr (Paul?) Levick at the Priory in Birmingham. He will apparently do up to 800cc, assuming it is safe for the patient to do so. No authoritative web site yet.

Dr Aslam at LINIA, Harley Street, London. DEBS1234 on the BEA indicated he did the surgery for her 1000cc implants (she says her experience was 100% positive).

Cosmetic Surgery Travel - This might be a good option for those of you more than a little concerned with the trade-offs with saving a few bucks to travel to somewhere unfamiliar. Basically a one-stop shop which sells medical tourism vacations to Thailand. Check out the Testimonials, if you're looking for a few warm fuzzies. Convenient if you live in Australia or New Zealand, but they certainly seem to cater to Americans/Canadians as well.
Bumrungrad International - Another world leader in medical tourism. Check out the surgeons' credentials; at least a couple of them have been board certified in the USA.
